One of the hardest things for a defense to do is to move from denial to help back to denial. Because of this we set up our offense vs. an established defense to start with a G to G to F pass.
Another way we incorporate this principle is when we go from Low Post to 1-2-2 and the Center catches the ball at the top. In this situation we love him to catch the ball and immediately attack the other side of the floor. Many times the defenders are in help and as they fly out to denial they are set up for the back door cut.
